Sales Support Specialist

You will visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone You will need to provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems And you will prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner Communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs
