RTP Accounts Payable Query Analyst (German speaking)

This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.What You Will DoThe primary responsibility of a Query Analyst is to support the third party vendor and internal stakeholder query management and incoming calls in a timely and high quality professional manner. Daily prioritization needs to be based on query date, issues with high priority needs to be handled timely and solving them before end of the day. They need to keep deadlines and manage reports related to day-to-day operations of the department.Perform requested corrections and complete requests from other teams/departments/colleaguesHandle incoming supplier callsReceive other incoming queries (calls and emails) from internal and external end users Take ownership of finding resolutions to all queries in a timely and accurate manner Investigate root causes in cooperation with other departments thus enabling effective resolution and eliminating recurring issuesRespect compliance procedures and provide assistance and supporting documentation upon audit or managerial request to avoid audit failureProvide assistance in the investigation and resolution of discrepancies within the payment processPerform and follow up on country specific tasks, such as dunning lettersFrequent follow-up on MDG requests to reach resolution as soon as possibleRequest and follow up manual payment requests /off-cycle payment requestsEliminate ‘R’ blocked items, keep aging below 60 daysAct as a back-up for specific Team Cooridnator tasksWhat You BringRequired:College or university degreeMinimum 2-5 year of experience in RTPAdvanced level of communication skills both written and verbal in EnglishOther European language knowledge - GermanGood analytical skillsGood time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood problem-solving skillsAbility to make logical decisionsPreferred:ECDL certification or equivalent qualification#LI-SZ1Benefits of Joining AlbemarleCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.Choose to unlock your full POTENTIAL.
