As a Lobby Ambassador, a typical day will include

  • -
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests. Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.
  • -
  • SuppliesOwners and guestswith directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • -
  • Ensures proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods.
  • -
  • Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • -
  • Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.
  • -
  • Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.

  • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Lobby Ambassador

  • -
  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • -
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • -
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
  • -
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
