What will you do: Own and evolve the revenue data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, integrating CRM, ERP, finance, and third-party data sources into a unified analytical ecosystem. Design, build, and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as n8n and other data integration platforms to automate data movement and transformation. Build and maintain data models and analytical layers that enable reliable pipeline, revenue, customer, sales, and operational reporting. Establish and drive data governance, data quality, deduplication, standardization, and data enrichment across the revenue ecosystem. Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent platforms. Automate recurring reporting and analysis, reducing dependency on manual reporting and ad-hoc data requests. Leverage AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted analytics to improve reporting, identify trends, surface insights, and accelerate decision-making. Explore and implement AI agents and workflow automation for reporting, data analysis, alerts, and recurring RevOps processes. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and the CEO's office to translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions. Ensure data pipelines and dashboards are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Evaluate new data, BI, AI, and automation tools, conduct proof-of-concepts, and drive adoption across the organization. Act as the technical analytics partner for RevOps, bringing together data engineering, BI, automation, and AI to solve business problems. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong experience in data warehousing and analytical data architecture — BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent. Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, transformation, modelling, and analysis. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration, with exposure to n8n or similar workflow automation tools. Experience working with CRM and enterprise data, preferably Salesforce. Strong expertise in BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. Understanding of data governance, data quality, master data, and data management principles. Experience applying AI/ML and Generative AI to reporting, analytics, automation, or business intelligence. Experience building self-service analytics and reporting platforms. Understanding of revenue analytics, pipeline analytics, forecasting, sales performance, customer analytics, or RevOps. Ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. What are we looking for: 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related field. Proven experience building and managing data warehouses and data pipelines in a business environment. Strong hands-on technical capability across SQL, ETL/ELT, BI, data modelling, and enterprise data platforms. Demonstrated experience establishing data governance and improving data quality across multiple systems. Experience using AI/Generative AI to enhance reporting, analysis, or workflow automation. Strong understanding of how data supports revenue, sales, customer success, and financial decision-making. Comfortable working directly with senior business stakeholders and translating business problems into technical/data solutions. Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical background preferred. Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, travel, or enterprise software environments is a plus.
