Job Description

The Special Project Manager drives strategic transformation initiatives across Service Delivery, Service Operations, and Customer Project Management. The role focuses on operational excellence, productivity improvement, AI adoption, and customer experience enhancement within the Benelux Service organization. Acting as the bridge between the Benelux organization and the International Region, this role ensures the successful implementation of best practices, strategic programs, and innovative operating models. The position also plays a key role in accelerating AI enablement and adoption across the BNL SSD Service organization.

Your role

• Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Drive transformation programs across Service Delivery, Service Operations, and Customer Project Management.
• Accelerate AI adoption and identify new use cases that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize and optimize processes, governance, and ways of working.
• Deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Translate regional strategies into successful Benelux implementations.
• Act as the key liaison between the Benelux organization and the International Region.
• Build alignment and engagement across stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Develop business cases, project plans, KPIs, and executive progress reporting.

You're the right fit if you have

• Proven experience within a service organization.
• Experience working in a commercial and customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation, change, or continuous improvement programs.
• Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and Dutch (minimum C1 level).

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 61,200 – EUR 101,900. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
