Job Duties

• Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on
• call priority and technician ability
• .
• Dispatch and debrief our technicians.
• Monitor the performance of service technicians.
• Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable.
• Quickly adjust schedules as priorities change throughout the day.

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians.
• ServiceTitan experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong ability to multitask and switch priorities quickly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
