Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and maintain social media content plans and calendars for
• Instagram and Threads.
• Write engaging scripts and captions for social media content.
• Create clear and detailed content briefs for content creators.
• Research social media trends and competitor activities to support content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• in social media content planning or management.
• Proven experience in scriptwriting and developing content briefs for social media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Threads trends, features, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in social media management tools and Google Sheets/Excel for planning and reporting.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across different Sparks centers.
