About the Role
As Compliance Program Manager, you will support the administration, implementation, and ongoing execution of the organization's policy, governance, and compliance programs. Working closely with the leaders within the organization, you will help maintain key compliance processes, documentation, reporting, communications, and governance initiatives that support consistency, accountability, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accurate records, tracking activities, supporting audits, and coordinating compliance-related programs.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will
- Support the administration and execution of enterprise policy, governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate policy communications, handbook administration, acknowledgment processes, and policy rollout activities.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation, governance records, and program tracking tools.
- Support compliance reporting, audit preparation activities, and documentation requests.
- Administer and track compliance-related programs including, but not limited to, Conflict of Interest disclosures, I-9 compliance activities, background screening compliance requirements, and other governance-related initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge management resources, procedural documentation, and compliance-related records.
- Coordinate policy and compliance project activities and support implementation efforts.
- Provide administrative support for compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.
- Support People & Experience initiatives, including handling HR mail and other assigned administrative activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Administration, Governance, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Experience maintaining records, tracking information, and supporting programs or projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to meet standard background, substance testing, and behavioral assessment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting compliance programs, audits, policy administration, or governance initiatives.
- Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or organizational initiatives.
