About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
People Development: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
Drive Results: Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.

Requirements

7 Eleven Experience preferred
Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance.
Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
