About The Role

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to undergraduate students and recent graduates with no prior work experience. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá only.

For this opportunity, the Cross Border / Cross Currency Payment Solutions team is looking for a new team member. In this role, you will support the development of local Cross Border / Cross Currency payment solutions as part of the Product Management team.

Success in this role will require strong partnership, collaboration and engagement with client-facing teams, other Product areas, Markets, Risk, Technology, Compliance and Legal teams locally in Colombia.

Job Responsibilities

-

Supporting the product development cycle, including product roadmap tracking, backlog organization and prioritization follow-up.

Assisting Product Managers in coordinating with Technology teams to document business requirements and support development and testing activities.

Contributing to the commercialization strategy by helping prepare sales materials, client documentation and internal training resources.

Providing research and coordination support for discussions with local regulators, industry stakeholders and policy makers.

-

Helping monitor internal and external market trends impacting the local cross-border payments business, supporting risk mitigation plans and the identification of growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

-

Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field

-

Full-time commitment.

-

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

-

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

-

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
