Physical Therapist / Injury Manager

Position Overview Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist / Injury Manager to provide physical therapy, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention support to military personnel at Moffett Air National Guard Base. Location Moffett Field, CA 94035 Schedule Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Full-Time – 40 hours per week Main Responsibilities Evaluate and treat injuries Develop rehabilitation and recovery plans Provide physical therapy and injury-management services Maintain patient records in a HIPAA-compliant system Track injury trends and provide reports Support injury prevention and physical performance programs Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current California Physical Therapist License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience handling HIPAA-protected medical information At least 3 years of relevant experience working with one or more of the following: Military Special Operations or operational units NCAA athletes Olympic-level athletes Professional sports teams
