Senior Developer, Sourcing Development, Apparel

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, executingthe sourcing strategy and managing end-to-end product development. This role demands strongorganizational skills,proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with vendors, the Brand Development Team, and cross-functional teams to meet calendar milestones and key performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

(but not limited to)

•Product Development Execution

Collaborate with relevant personnel toexecutethe product development process, ensuring that thebrand’s product development adheresto seasonal calendars and expectations. Proactivelycall out risks/ problems,propose solutionsand align internally on actionimplementation. Monitor seasonal development status and follow through to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with the PSE(Product Supply Enablement)team on the SMS process, supporting issue resolution to ensure on-timesample delivery.Ensuresample costs are submitted on timetohit and support thefinance timeline.

•Vendor Management

Executevendor allocation based onallocation set by theGlobal SourcingDevelopmentLeader. Collaborate closely withRegional Office Sourcing Developerson seasonal development tasks and provide timely feedback to ensure accurate execution. Drive toward achieving VendorPerformanceManagementKPI criteria and seasonal calendar milestones whilstbuilding vendor accountability and performanceexpectations.

•Data Management & Digital Tool Utilization

Apply strong analytical skills and be proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableauand PLM.Monitor data accuracy across development processes. Ensure transparency by communicating with relevant stakeholders and supporting alignment through data-driven insights and structured reporting.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams acrossProductPlanning, Global Materials,Costing,E&PEngineeringtoensure smooth seasonal execution.Provide early alerts and proactive updateswhen potentialproblems/risks arise.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, orPLM is highly advantageous

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE

• -
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• -
• Minimum5years of relevant experience in sourcing or product development within theApparel industry
• -
• Excellent communication in English; additional language skills are a plus
• -
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
