About the role

  • We’reseeking aSenior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)toensurefinancial accuracy and deliver strategic insights that shape business decisions.

Day-to-day, you will

  • -
  • Support FP&A by building budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business decisions.
  • -
  • Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and executive briefing packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • -
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to support projects, risk assessments, and performance improvements.
  • -
  • Collaborate with business leaders to track performance against budgets,analyzevariances, and challenge assumptions.
  • -
  • Maintain data integrity across financial systems (i.e. Workday, Adaptive Planning, Tableau) and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
  • -
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful presentations and financial insights for senior leadership.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including

-

4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strongtrack recordin budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Demonstrated experience proactively driving task ownership and end-to-end follow-through while building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Hands-onexpertisewith Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, andOfficeConnectfor reporting and data integrity.

Advanced skills in financialmodelling, data analysis, and dashboard creation, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Demonstratedproficiencyin Excelwithcapability tobuild and manage complex spreadsheets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working on large data sets.

Collaborative team player who can also work independently,demonstratingcuriosity and a continuous learning mindset.

We are open to considering candidates who eitherresidein the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, are within a reasonable commuting distance to Tysons Corner and Alexandria, VA and/or are willing torelocateat their own expense. Candidates whoresidein the DMV area will be prioritized.
