About The Role

The Pricing Analyst II is responsible for assisting the management in all pricing related activities within Products & Solutions business unit. The successful candidate will cooperate closely with various departments including product management, marketing, field sales and finance. The candidate will learn about pricing levers (transactional, material pass-thru, value and formula pricing) and become a partner to their stakeholders.

JOB DUTIES

  • Understand and apply pricing analytical techniques to reduce price leakage and improve profitability
  • Collaborating with sourcing and supply chain to understand commodity changes and offering management & sales to drive pass-thru pricing initiatives
  • Manage price analysis and support offering management to implement price changes
  • Conduct customer analyses to drive revenue growth, SKU rationalization, and operational excellence
  • Cooperate with different functions across organization to conduct transactional price analyses and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead pricing related management operating system, Root Cause Analysis, Course Correction.
  • Manage pricing transactions, price lists, and key datasets in PROS
  • Ensure consistent reporting with finance, communication of pricing strategy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis.
  • Advanced English Skills
