Your programme

Working within Central Services,you'llbe part of a team that delivers safe,efficientand cost-effective services across Anglian Water. Supporting colleagues throughout the business, Central Services plays a critical role in enabling the delivery of our business planobjectivesand ensuring our people, assets and operations can perform at their best.

What you could be involved with

-

Supporting the delivery of capital investment projects, including project management activities and urgent infrastructure schemes.

Working with asset maintenance teams to ensure our facilities and operational assetsremainsafe,reliableand effective.

-

Contributing to facilities and estates projects, helping manage workplaces,accommodationand maintenance services across the region.

-

Supporting fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, plant and equipment are available,compliantand ready to support frontline teams.

Working alongsidelogisticsteams responsible for warehousing, materials management, emergency responseactivitiesand regional distribution services.

Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to deliver services that support operational performance and businessobjectives.

Through rotational placementsacross key services,thisgraduateprogramme offers a unique opportunity to understand the breadth of services that underpin Anglian Water's operations while developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build a successful career within the business.

What you will bring

For this role,you’llneed to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
