Your programme

Working within the Reservoirs Programme you willgain exposure to a wide range of technical activities supporting the design and engineering of nationally significantinfrastructure projects.

You'llbe involved in

Supporting the management ofdesign and engineering activities with ourstrategic suppliers

Supportingdefinitionof projectrequirements,scope,assumptionsand basis of design

Supporting development and agreement of technical justifications and evidencing of project technical decisions

Supporting survey scope development and implementation

Supporting technical assurance activities

Assistingwith the preparation of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Working collaboratively withteams across theprogramme,includingproject management, site delivery,stakeholder,legal, planning, consentingteams

Throughout the programme,you'llreceive structured development, mentoring and hands-on experience across a range of technical areas.

We'reparticularly interested in candidates whodemonstratestrong technical understanding, problem solving skills,organisational skills,excellentcommunicationand relationship-building abilities.

You will have achieved, or be working towards, an Engineering degree in any discipline, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or a related engineering field.

For this role,you’llneed to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in the preferred degree disciplines listed and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
