Your programme
Operational Services sits at the heart of keeping the region running. Every day, our teams use technology, data, operationalexpertiseand planning to ensure customers receive reliable water services while helping Anglian Water respond to the challenges of the future.
As part of the Operational Services Graduate Programme, you'll gain experience across a range of teams includingOperational Technology, Metering, Operational Control Centre, and Planning & Scheduling, developing an understanding of how these functions work together to support customers, operational performance and environmental outcomes.

Over the two-year graduate programme,you'llwork with experienced professionals, take ownership of meaningfulprojectsand develop a broad understanding of how operational services underpin the delivery of water and water recycling services across the region.

For this role,you’llneed to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
