About The Role

Your Role

In your daily job you will

  1. Family with GTMC requirements and APQP Phase 2 focusing on design quality verification and improvements
  2. Responsible for APQP deliverables according to project timing and phase
  3. Ensure customer requirements well defined and documented
  4. Follow up APQP activities and ensure PFD(Process Flow Diagram), PEMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plans prepared correctly and be followed
  5. Ensure PPAP prepared & Run @ Rate activities followed up as required
  6. Follow up for Capability Studies, Measurement System Analysis
  7. Planning GP-12 Activities
  8. Monitor the program OGR (Operation Gate Review) gate to ensure the quality deliverables and tracked the delivery on time
  9. Reporting & escalating deliverables which are behind schedule or are at risk of being not completed in time
  10. Prepare the present quality status in launch readiness reviews
  11. Control trial build samples quality and work closely with program team for problem solutions and track till closure
  12. Lead and prepare for the audit during whole NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensure that customer identified findings solved
  13. Ensure the customer complain issue in NPI solved by solving methods (8D report,5 why, etc.) & prepare necessary corrective/ preventive actions, follow up, verification ad release of corrective actions
  14. Assure that all quality activities are performed according IATF 16949, VDA standards and customer specific requirements
  15. Keep liaison with customer for any comments on products and process in NPI and feed it back to program team for continuous improvement
  16. Oversee internal PPAP and external customer PPAP audits
  17. Attend global conference call meeting or traveling in domestic

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

  1. Bachelor degree of Engineering or Electronics
  2. HV products experience preferred
  3. 5+ years related APQP working experiences in AUTO industry
  4. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, PMEA, MSA, 8D,5 WHY
  5. Be familiar with OEM structure and work procedures
  6. Good communication with customers, good team work with cross functions
  7. Good English skill in spoken and written
