Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Samsung's consumer electronics product sales with key customers, meeting company targets, and serving as the primary point of contact for category managers and partners. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales performance through strategic planning and partnership collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales quotas
• Oversee category managers and serve as their main point of contact
• Oversee the issuance of sales orders and provide status updates to partners
• Communicate effectively with partners regarding new products
• Collaborate with marketing to develop new promotions and events with partners
• Provide weekly reporting of sales-related KPIs to relevant stakeholders
• Attend and participate in marketing meetings, seminars, and trade shows
• Oversee all invoicing procedures between partners
• Monitor set KPIs and implement necessary corrective actions

Skills and Qualifications

Required Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Synthesizes complex or diverse information effectively
• Identifies and resolves problems promptly with strong analytical skills
• Continuously seeks ways to improve and promote quality with accuracy and thoroughness
• Prioritizes work activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans
• Advanced negotiation and customer relationship management capabilities
• Development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives
• Consistent achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
• Continuous achievement monitoring and performance tracking based on established benchmarks
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
