About The Role

Join Our Team as a Fleet Services Administrative Clerk!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support vehicle registration, titling, fleet documentation, and administrative operations. This position is covered by a union agreement and is subject to union initiation fees and monthly dues.

MSO Control

  • Track and maintain accountability for Manufacturer Statements of Origin (MSOs).
  • Verify that MSOs are assigned to the correct location and ensure proper reassignment when needed.
  • Maintain accurate ownership of documentation and records.

Registration Operations

  • Process vehicle registrations using DMV systems and terminals.
  • Ensure compliance with state DMV regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Organize, package, file, and manage license plate inventory.
  • Create and maintain license plate assets within fleet management systems.
  • Scan and electronically file registration and titling documents.
  • Perform additional registration and titling duties as assigned.

Vehicle Delivery Support

  • Maintain records and accountability for Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Retrieve and distribute license plates for vehicle deliveries and maintenance activities.
  • Complete vehicle installations in fleet systems and print key tags.
  • Ensure license plates are organized by vehicle location.
  • Scan and file Bills of Lading and related documentation.

Problem Solving & Support

  • Communicate issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Resolve registration, titling, and documentation discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient fleet operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and supportive of colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
