Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager - Campaign Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and delivering key components in EFG’s transformation of its digital ecosystem and presence across strategic digital marketing channels.
In your role you will work closely with members of the Digital and broader global marketing team to combine strategy, execution, and data analysis to ensure campaigns are client-centric, measurable, and compliant, focused on measurable demand generation and attributable to NNA growth for the broader business.
The successful candidate will bring deep channel expertise and be comfortable translating business priorities into strategic digital marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable commercial outcomes. As EFG develops it’s digital ecosystem you will support the team to help implement connected and scalable solutions that deliver ROI across the business and support growth.
You will be the subject matter expert and partner for marketing and distribution teams alongside being an advocate for change and supporting education / awareness of the power of digital marketing can have on our client journeys and acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of global digital demand generation campaigns across web, email, paid media, and social channels.
- Collaborate with business experts across global Marketing, Sales, Product, and Investment teams to define target audiences across multiple regions and develop campaign strategies tailored to different markets and segments.
- Build test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure complex regulations such as cross border marketing compliance rules are met and safeguards are in place with auditable processes.
- Ensure all campaigns are tracked, measured, and aligned with KPIs agreed by the business and focused on supporting meeting our 3-year objectives.
- Accountable for commercially focused KPI’s (Qualified leads, channel conversions and other user activity insights that can drive new business opportunities.
Search & Paid Media
- Manage paid media budgets (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks) to maximise ROI and lead generation.
- Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Ensure keyword strategies, landing page optimisation, and ad copy are data-led and aligned with brand tone.
Content & Channel Management
- Work with skilled content creators and subject matter experts across the business to adapt investment insights and marketing collateral into engaging digital formats.
- Support editorial calendars for digital channels and ensure content aligns with client journeys.
- Support localisation and tailoring of content for different geographies and audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards and regular reports for senior management and Marketing partners providing insights on campaign effectiveness, client engagement, and ROI.
- Analyse audience behaviour to inform future campaign and content strategy.
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting for marketing activity.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Work closely with compliance to ensure all distribution of digital communications meet regulatory and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practice and regulatory changes affecting the investment management sector.
Platform Governance
- Own role specific digital marketing platform strategy and development roadmap (CRM, Marketing automation, Social media management or Website CMS), managing third party specialist vendors, development budgets, scalability and growth across the lifecycle of the platform.
- Maintain auditable processes and records management of content distributed across owned platforms (CRM, Marketing automation, Social media management or Website CMS).
Other Responsibilities
- To perform other duties required of you by Digital Management and to support the broader Digital & Marketing team in their activities
- To be an ambassador of the brand
- Ad-hoc adobe design suite support – edits and updates to existing artwork, templates and imagery
- To be a “super-user” of systems (e.g., Seismic, HubSpot, SalesForce, Magnolia CMS, and social media platform Oktopost) and be able to train others
- Provide backup support and work in conjunction with other experienced marketing leaders to influence and manage performance of junior members of digital and marketing organisation to ensure best practice is leveraged across the business.

- Effective, efficient delivery of accurate materials in a timely fashion
- All externally used materials are audience appropriate and compliance approved
- Consistency across the material range (brand, message, data, content etc.)
Additionally, all staff are expected to
- Keep their knowledge up-to-date regarding market and regulatory developments, as appropriate to their role
- Treat customers fairly and act in their best interest offering a transparent, efficient and professional service.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Professional marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM, Google, Analytics certifications) desirable.
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within Private Banking, investment management, financial services. Alternatively a background in targeting HNWI with a luxury services.
- Proven track record of delivering successful, measurable campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills; able to balance multiple campaigns across regions.
- Skilled communicator able to explain digital concepts to non-specialist stakeholders and deliver results.
