Essential Responsibilities/Objectives
Media Relations: Develop and execute a comprehensive earned-media strategy encompassing corporate and product news, customer success, executive thought leadership, and proactive storytelling. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology journalists, editors, and other influential voices. Integrate customer and partner evidence into news and thought leadership campaigns, and keep messaging current and aligned across leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams. Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to support research, drafting, editing, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human review, accuracy, confidentiality, and a distinctive Acumatica voice.
Executive Communications: Develop and execute communications strategies for senior executives, including speeches, presentations, talking points, thought leadership pieces, and executive social content. Provide trusted counsel on messaging, positioning, audience needs, media interactions, and public appearances. Lead content development for priority company moments, including Acumatica Summit, all-company meetings, partner community webinars, roadshows, and other executive engagements.
Social Media Management: Oversee corporate and executive social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility, thought leadership, and audience engagement. Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to maintain a consistent, timely, and audience-relevant presence across priority platforms.
