We are looking for a

Procurement Project Management Coordinator (Team Lead)

at one of our locations inEMEA region - Hungary (Budaörs) or Germany (Reutlingen)

Your tasks

Leading and coordinating PPM activities across all regions, supporting both OEM or Tier 1 customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, including:

New business acquisition and RFQ management

Project industrialization and launch activities

Serial production support and performance management
-
Cross-regional procurement project coordination
-
Escalation management and stakeholder alignment

Functional leadership of up to 9 global PPMs
-
Project portfolio and resource steering across regions
-
Prioritization of RFQs, customer projects, and procurement activities
-
Target deployment and performance management
-
Escalation and risk management
-
Leadership of project reviews and governance processes
-
Interface between management, project teams, suppliers, and customers
-
Support execution of procurement and business strategy
-
Alignment and coordination across global OEM and Tier 1 customer programs
