Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Wound Care)

You'll work directly within skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior living communities, providing specialized wound assessment, treatment, and management to some of the most medically complex patients in healthcare. Rather than treating patients episodically, you'll develop ongoing relationships with facility teams and residents while driving meaningful improvements in healing outcomes and quality of care.
