As a Salesforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in Salesforce Consulting. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize the use of Salesforce applications. Your efforts will help clients achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Salesforce practice, providing consulting services that empower clients to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce consulting projects
• Developing training materials and providing support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications
• Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client service delivery
• Managing project architecture and budgeting to achieve successful outcomes
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality results
• Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in Salesforce consulting services
• Facilitating enterprise integration and technology implementation for client success
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements
• Implementing technology solutions to enhance client service delivery
• Developing training materials to support team growth and development
• Embracing change and innovation to optimize project outcomes
