About The Role
The Oracle Data Coordinator owns the accurate setup, maintenance and validation of item master data in Oracle, ensuring that internal transactions and customer-facing order processes run without disruption. This role is central to enabling product launches, supporting supply chain execution and maintaining data integrity across systems.
The coordinator serves as the key liaison between Product Management, Planning and Distribution, making certain that all system data is complete, accurate and compliant with internal process standards.
What you'll do

Coordinate and execute new item setup in Oracle, confirming that all required data is received from Product Managers and validating it for completeness and accuracy.

Identify and resolve data conflicts and duplication before records are released to downstream systems.

Assign and verify Harmonized Tariff Codes and NAPA codes.

Manage UPC creation and maintenance — aligning UPCs to brand standards, preventing duplication and protecting data integrity.

Perform cross-reference (XREF) uploads and maintenance — auditing existing records, correcting inconsistencies and maintaining standardized data formatting.

Enable item setup across all required organizational structures (Orgs), maintain planning and vendor codes, and track product lifecycle stage gate status.

Enter and validate vendor quotes.

Support supplier subinventory mapping to ensure accurate supply chain execution.

Input and maintain planning parameters, including subinventory min/max levels and safety stock settings.

Validate system-generated outputs and resolve data errors.

Partner with the Planning team so that data supports effective inventory management. This role inputs and validates planning data; it does not perform planning activities.

Investigate and resolve internal order errors.

Identify and correct customer order and EDI errors.

Ensure smooth transaction flow between internal systems and external customers.

Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation.

Perform ongoing data audits to confirm system accuracy and compliance.

Establish and follow controls that prevent data errors and duplication and drive continuous improvement of data management processes.
What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with ERP systems; Oracle or SAP strongly preferred.

Strong organizational and data management skills, with high attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and completeness.

A demonstrated process-oriented mindset and the discipline to follow standardized workflows.

Proactive self-starter who works effectively with limited direction.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
