Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Preditor (Producer/Editor) who is passionate about entertainment marketing, audiovisual storytelling, and creative campaign development to join our Creative Services team in Brazil.

This role is responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative assets that support HBO Max's go-to-market strategy, helping bring original productions, acquired content, and brand initiatives to audiences through compelling and culturally relevant storytelling.

The ideal candidate combines strong editing and production expertise with creative thinking, transforming strategic objectives into engaging content and ideas that can live across multiple formats, platforms, and consumer touchpoints.

Your role accountabilities

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute audiovisual content for HBO Max marketing campaigns across digital, social, and owned channels.
  • Create and refine creative concepts, scripts, messaging, and narrative structures that support campaign objectives and title launches.
  • Edit high-quality video assets while maintaining excellence in storytelling, pacing, emotional impact, and craft.
  • Partner closely with Creatives, GTM, Brand Marketing, Social, PR and Strategy teams to translate marketing priorities into effective creative solutions.
  • Contribute to campaign development from ideation through execution, helping shape creative territories, narratives, and content approaches.
  • Develop ideas that can extend beyond audiovisual executions and come to life across multiple formats, channels, and audience touchpoints.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively identify culturally relevant opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative creative approaches.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and remain aligned with campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Stay informed about entertainment trends, fandom culture, social media behaviors, creator ecosystems, and evolving content formats.
  • Draw inspiration from film, television, streaming platforms, digital culture, and audience behaviors to create relevant and engaging work.
  • Apply sound design and audio editing techniques to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of creative assets.

Qualification & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor, Preditor, Creative Editor, or similar audiovisual production role.
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual storytelling, editing principles, pacing, narrative development, and content optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics, animation, and visual enhancement techniques.
  • Working knowledge of audio editing and basic sound design using tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Reaper, or similar software.
  • Experience creating content optimized for social media, digital platforms, and entertainment marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting title launches, cultural moments, brand campaigns, or audience engagement initiatives is a plus.
