About The Role
Role Overview
The Learning Experience Designer designs, develops, and delivers learning solutions that build knowledge, capability, and professional expertise across Spark support functions. The role translates complex treatment planning, technical, and operational concepts into practical learning experiences that strengthen decision-making, consistency, and service quality.
A primary focus of this position is developing the knowledge and expertise of teams that support designers and the broader Spark operation. The role partners with subject matter experts to create onboarding, certification, and capability-building programs that help support functions understand and apply treatment planning principles, workflows, and best practices in their day-to-day work
Role Purpose
Build the treatment planning knowledge, practical judgment, and professional expertise support functions need to perform effectively as Spark products, technologies, and workflows evolve. Create scalable learning solutions that drive consistent decision-making, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and improve the application of treatment planning principles across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in treatment planning, clinical consultation, case review, dentistry, orthodontics, or a related clinical dental function.
- Strong understanding of treatment planning concepts, workflows, and decision-making principles within the dental or orthodontic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex treatment planning, technical, and operational concepts into practical learning solutions, performance support resources, and capability-building programs.
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs for technical, operational, healthcare, or professional audiences.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to develop learning pathways, onboarding programs, certifications, and role-based training.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ or higher).

Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- DDS, DMD, Orthodontic Specialist, Dental Hygienist, Dental Technician, or other formal dental credential.
- Experience supporting treatment planning, clinical consultation, case review, or clinical support functions.
- Knowledge of Spark software, workflows, guidelines, and support operations.
- Ability to develop assessments, practical exercises, case-based learning, and performance evaluations.
- Experience developing learning solutions that strengthen critical thinking, treatment planning judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience creating digital learning content, instructional videos, simulations, and blended learning solutions.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
