About The Role

  • 1.负责研发线设备满足高洁净度工艺需求（filter/pipe line等）；
  • 2.收集和分析新设备、新功能、新材料的第一手测试数据；
  • 3.负责日常值班工作（白班/夜班）：1）处理产品的FDC/SPC等OOC/OOS以及RRC签核；2）现存Recipe（或EC）的fine-tuning；3）机台相关的defect case的处理；4）与厂商一起处理机台alarm；
  • 4.熟悉装机流程，能够协调厂务等资源以协助厂商进行装机；
  • 5.具有良好的沟通协调能力。
  • 本科及以上学历，DIFF设备相关工作经验>2年。
