  • Shaping and delivering high-impact employee communications that help colleagues understand AVEVA’s strategy, priorities, and progress.
  • Advising and partnering closely with assigned members of the Executive team to communicate with clarity, credibility, and the right tone.
  • Developing executive-ready content, translating complex/technical topics into clear, human, and employee-relevant communications.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic internal communicator who can translate complex or technical topics into simple, engaging narratives that drive understanding, alignment and action
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail and professionalism handling sensitive information
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate complex/technical topics into clear and engaging employee communications
  • Strong project management capability: able to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines and stakeholder inputs with discipline and calm
  • Demonstrable experience supporting senior stakeholders with messaging and communications planning (multiple stakeholders preferred)
  • Significant experience delivering employee communications, including strategic/change communications (typically 5+ years)
  • Familiarity with common internal comms channels and virtual engagement formats
  • Experience supporting Product, R&D/engineering, Portfolio or Strategy organisations (or similarly technical environments)
  • Experience delivering communications to global audiences and across time zones
