  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Northern Europe partner strategy, focusing on recruitment, enablement, and co-selling with key channel partners.
  • Drive significant revenue growth through partner-led sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, foster strong relationships with partners, and ensure the successful delivery of Darktrace's solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and articulate value propositions to partners and customers
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Existing network & relationships within the key partners in the region
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs and exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related fiel
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in partner leadership roles within the cyber security or enterprise software industry, with a strong focus on the Northern Europe market
  • 5 + years of experience directly managing a team of CAMs and/or PBMs
  • Deep understanding of various partner models, including VARs, SIs, MSSPs, and technology alliances
  • Ability to travel frequently across the Northern European region
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies
