Director of Strategic Alliances (AMD)

Join VAST Data as the Director of Strategic Alliances, where you will own and build the strategic go-to-market partnership with AMD. You will be responsible for aligning corporate strategies, activating AMD's sales organization, and driving joint solution architectures. This role requires a strong background in alliances, channel, ecosystem, or strategic partnerships, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data center environments.

• Responsable de la construcción y gestión de la asociación estratégica entre VAST Data y AMD, incluyendo la alineación a nivel corporativo y la activación de la organización de ventas de AMD.
• Desarrollo de arquitecturas de soluciones conjuntas, diseños de referencia y posicionamiento, trabajando en colaboración con los equipos técnicos de VAST.
• Educación de los vendedores de AMD sobre VAST y creación de un movimiento donde los equipos de AMD identifiquen proactivamente oportunidades para VAST.
• Experience creating joint GTM motions rather than simply administering an existing alliance
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hardware, AI infrastructure, HPC, and data center environments
• Experience working with AMD is highly valuable but not required
• Strong alliances, channel, ecosystem, or strategic partnership experience
• High initiative and comfort building a partnership from an early stage
• Backgrounds spanning infrastructure vendors, OEMs, cloud providers, or technology ecosystem partnerships can all be relevant
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive an agenda across a large partner organization
• Enough technical fluency to understand CPUs, servers, networking, and infrastructure architectures without needing to be an engineer
