About The Role

Join bunch as a Senior Partnerships Manager, where you will be responsible for owning the partnership function across our core markets. This hands-on role involves building the channel that brings clients in, developing the provider network, and establishing the systems behind the function. You will personally identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners, convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline, and structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers. This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on ARR and serviceability-critical for supporting fund mandates in our markets.

  • Ownership of the partnership function across core markets, including identifying, signing, and activating referral and channel partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with regulated and specialist providers to ensure the company can service fund mandates end-to-end.
  • Developing and implementing systems to track partner introductions, conversion to clients, partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and activation timelines.
  • Able to hold credible senior conversations with law firms, depositaries, regulated providers, and professional services firms
  • Existing relationships in the UK and/or European VC/PE ecosystem—such as law firms, accountancy practices, placement agents, banks, or regulated providers—that give you a running start
  • Interested in the potential to build a team when the business is ready, without seeing immediate people management as a prerequisite for seniority
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior client-facing role within fund administration, fund services, fintech, or professional services; depth of ownership matters more than exact tenure
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, creating structure as you go, and owning a measurable commercial outcome
  • Familiar with the role of depositaries, ManCos, AML officers, and other regulated or specialist providers in fund operations
  • Strong cross-functional partner to Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and leadership teams, influencing without relying on formal authority
  • Organised and systems-oriented, with the ability to build tracking, reporting, and process while moving fast
  • A senior operator who remains energised by direct execution: opening doors, running partner conversations, negotiating agreements, activating relationships, and building the underlying process
  • A track record of building something from scratch, such as a partner programme, new market, or commercial channel
  • Commercially sharp: you understand how referral and delivery partnerships work, what makes each valuable, and how to structure agreements that work for both sides
  • Fluent in the language of private markets, including fund structures, LP/GP dynamics, and the regulatory environment across the UK and Europe
  • Strong understanding of private markets and how fund managers actually operate
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across bunch’s markets
