Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem

Join <Viz.ai>, a leading health-tech company, as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the company's third-party partnership strategy and execution, manage a pipeline of commercial and technology partnerships, and work closely with leaders across the organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and managing partnerships that strengthen Viz's ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, preferably within healthtech, medtech, or health IT.

• Lead the development and execution of <Viz.ai>'s third-party partnership strategy, focusing on commercial and technology partnerships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, sourcing, evaluating strategic and commercial fit, and developing the business case for internal decision-making.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including distribution, licensing, data-sharing, co-marketing, and potentially M&A arrangements, from term sheet through definitive agreement.
• Experience managing an external partner ecosystem post-signature, not just closing deals
• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, ideally within healthtech, medtech, or health IT
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence — comfortable representing Viz externally and briefing senior leadership and the Board
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align Product, Clinical, Sales, and Legal around a shared partnership strategy
• A demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnership agreements that have contributed to measurable revenue growth (distribution, licensing, data, or technology integration)
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• MBA or equivalent experience
