Partner Alliances Manager (Microsoft)

Join esynergy, a rapidly growing technology company, as a Partner Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Databricks, generating qualified opportunities, and driving partner engagement. You will work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and act as the internal expert on partner funding programs and incentives. • Develop and grow strategic partnerships across Microsoft and Databricks, building trusted relationships with partner sales teams and leadership.
• Generate qualified opportunities by identifying and developing co-sell opportunities with partners, driving partner engagement through regular meetings and collaboration.
• Manage partner programmes, certifications, and progression through partner tiers, acting as the internal expert on partner funding programmes and incentives.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to translate partnerships into sustainable revenue growth
• Strong knowledge and connections at Microsoft and Databricks
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
• Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships within a consulting, professional services or technology business
• Experience working with partner programmes, co-sell motions and partner funding initiatives
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing CRM data and reporting
