Staff Product Manager (Partnership & Shop Network)

Join our team as a Staff Product Manager, where you will be responsible for building a best-in-class merchant partnership and shop network across fuel, maintenance, and strategic fleet spend. You will own the strategy, roadmap, technical onboarding, and operations for our partners, driving In-Network Transaction Share and Strategic Partner TPV. You will also design and pursue first-of-a-kind partnerships with industry leaders, run partner business reviews, and define requirements, metrics, and product documentation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in large-scale partnership or platform initiatives, a proven track record of delivering commercially successful, integration-heavy products, and strong customer empathy and executive communication skills.

• Construire un réseau de partenariats et de magasins de premier plan pour les marchands dans les domaines du carburant, de l'entretien et des dépenses stratégiques de flotte.

• Data-driven, with strong customer empathy and executive communication skills
• Enough technical fluency to earn engineers' respect and navigate integrations
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Experience developing and managing technical partner relationships; payments, fuel/merchant networks, or fintech is a strong plus
