About The Role

Join Ramp, a fast-growing fintech company, as the Senior Channel Partner Manager for Canada. In this zero-to-one role, you will build and execute Ramp's Canadian channel strategy, engage with key partners, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in partnership management.

  • Construire la stratégie et le rythme opérationnel de Ramp pour le canal canadien à partir de zéro.

  • Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem

  • Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
  • Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
  • Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
  • Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance
  • High agency, urgency, and resilience
  • Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
  • Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions
  • Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
  • Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
  • Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage
