About The Role

Essential Job Functions

  • Assists Team Members with questions that they may have.

  • Coordinates the Team Member property recognition programs.
  • -
  • Coordinates as needed but at a minimum weekly and monthly Team Member communications through electronic, social, and print medias.

  • Coordinates various administrative activities relating to payroll, leaves, onboarding and off boarding.
  • -
  • Maintain accurate filing system for the Human Resources Department.
  • -
  • Responsible for accurate and timely filing of personnel documents.
  • -
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • -
  • Ensures files contain required documents in appropriate order.
  • -
  • Maintains medical files separate from employment files.
  • -
  • Maintains files for termed employees separate from active.
  • -
  • Ensures files for employees transferring between CET properties are copied and originals sent to new CET employer.
  • -
  • Performs an annual audit verifying every employee has a file.
  • -
  • Maintains the personnel file rooms in an organized and neat manner.
  • -
  • Runs system reports and sends those to the appropriate individuals.
  • -
  • Assists the HR leadership in gathering HR related data for analyzing.
  • -
  • Answer the telephone politely and efficiently, screen calls and visitors when necessary and refer them to the proper person.

  • Assist the department on assigned projects and follow up to ensure completion.
  • -
  • Must assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.

  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Upbeat personality for all interactions with fellow employees.
  • Knowledge of department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, lift and work at a desk.

  • Sit for long periods of time.

  • Responds to visual and aural cues.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must be able to acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with customers.

  • Must be able to operate a typewriter, computer, telephone, photocopy machine and fax machine.

  • Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 40 pounds.
  • -
  • Must have the manual dexterity to handle paperwork, operate computers, and other equipment.
