About The Role

  • 1、根据商务要求运输方案模式等安排相关操作跟进，及时反馈客户相关情况等；
  • 2、核对方案信息，为客户提供物流供应链的相关服务。比如外贸的门-门服务、门-港服务、港-港服务的相关操作，汽运到门及配送服务，多式联运的运输服务等；
  • 3、涉及到的操作环节包括(但不限):拖车、报关、订舱、文件制作、在途跟踪、汽运派车与管理、配送安排等；
  • 4、熟悉各个环节相关的费用，在途异常控制与处理。
  • 1、大学专科及以上学历，物流或外贸等相关专业优先；
  • 2、1年及以上外贸及多式联运操作经验;有一定商务/项目管理经验优先；
  • 3、熟悉外贸海运，进出口海运/铁路操作流程;
  • 4、熟练操作windows、office等办公软件;能制作简单的操作流程图;
  • 5、具备一定的英语基础，拥有英语4-6级优先考虑;
  • 6、具有良好的统筹协调能力、抗压能力、灵活性、执行力、团队合作、协同力。
