About The Role
The difference you’ll make The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for manager- and supervisor-level roles across the Group, with a strategic mandate to build a sustainable pipeline of management and leadership talent to support succession planning and long-term organizational capability. This role requires deep knowledge of the logistics industry talent landscape, cross-industry hiring trends, and mastery of diverse sourcing channels to proactively identify, engage, and convert high-potential leadership candidates — both for immediate openings and future succession needs. The role will operate as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, building talent maps, competitor intelligence, and pipeline strategies that reduce time-to-fill for critical leadership positions and strengthen the organization's leadership bench strength. The role will lead the team responsible for manager and supervisor recruitment. What you’ll do Strategic Talent Pipeline · Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to identify current and future manager/supervisor hiring needs aligned to organizational growth and succession plans. · Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of pre-qualified management and supervisory talent (internal and external) ahead of actual vacancies. · Collaborate with Talent Management & HRBPs to align external pipeline-building with the leadership succession plans. Recruitment Execution · Own full lifecycle recruitment for manager and supervisor-level roles: intake, sourcing, screening, assessment, offer, and onboarding coordination. The role will lead the team responsible for recruitment of managers and supervisors. Design and continuously refine competency-based interview and assessment frameworks tailored to leadership/supervisory capability (e.g., people management, decision-making, operational judgment). Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience for leadership-level hires, including structured interview panels and timely feedback loops. Manage process efficiency, hiring manager relationships, and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, retention at 6/12 months) for management-tier roles. · T rack and report on key TA metrics for manager/supervisor hiring and succession pipeline health. Talent Market Intelligence · Maintain deep, current knowledge of the talent landscape within logistics, warehousing, and transportation — including compensation benchmarks, competitor org structures, and talent movement trends. Extend market intelligence to adjacent and non-traditional industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, FMCG, aviation, e-commerce) to widen the network for transferable leadership talent. Conduct ongoing competitor mapping and talent pooling of manager/supervisor-level talent at target companies. Sourcing Strategy & Channel Mastery · Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies specifically effective for mid-level leadership hiring. Continuously evaluate and optimize channel effectiveness (cost-per-hire, source-of-hire quality, conversion rates) and reallocate sourcing investment accordingly. Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and leadership networking forums to build external visibility and talent pipelines. You’ll thrive in this role if you · Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, out of which is at least 2-3 years on Supervisory or managerial roles. · Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and channel mastery · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is an advantage.
