Job Description
The Talent Services Assistant Manager is responsible for managing employee lifecycle administration, ensuring the efficient execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, administration of statutory and insurance programs, compliance with labor and social insurance regulations, and the delivery of high-quality employee services. The role serves as a key connection with external governmental authorities, insurance providers, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding,

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires.

- Ensure timely completion of employment documentation, personnel file creation, and system updates.
- -
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- -
- Facilitate employee induction and provide required employment-related documentation.
- -
- ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
- -
- Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for separating employees.
- -
- Ensure completion of all exit formalities, required documentation, and clearance processes.
- -
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of employee departures.
- -
- Maintain accurate records of employee separation and associated regulatory requirements.
- -
- Support the preparation of documents required for final settlements and employee exits.
- -
- Act as the primary point of contact with medical and life insurance providers.
- -
- Administer employee enrollment, modifications, and termination of insurance coverage
- -
- Resolve insurance-related issues and support employees with inquiries regarding coverage and claims.
- -
- Manage employee registration, updates, and deregistration with Social Insurance Authorities by submitting form 1,2,6.

- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and ensure implementation within company policies, procedures, and practices.
Employee Offboarding,
Other Duties,
Medical & Life Insurance Administration
- -
- Act as the primary point of contact with medical and life insurance providers.
- -
- Administer employee enrollment, modifications, and termination of insurance coverage
- -
- Resolve insurance-related issues and support employees with inquiries regarding coverage and claims.
Social Insurance Administration
- -
- Manage employee registration, updates, and deregistration with Social Insurance Authorities by submitting form 1,2,6.
Labor Law & Regulatory Compliance
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and ensure implementation within company policies, procedures, and practices.

- Ensure all employee documentation and processes comply with current legal and regulatory standards.
Experience
- -
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Talent Services, preferably within multinational organizations.
- -
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, and employee final settlements.
- -
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
Job Specific Skills

Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and payroll reconciliation.

Good knowledge of local labor laws, social insurance regulations, and income tax requirements.

Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Strong knowledge of final settlement calculations and exit procedures.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.

Excellent communication in English.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
