About The Role
As a Sr Advanced Cyb Sec Archt/Engr here at Honeywell, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute robust cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the security and resilience of our customer’s cyber security infrastructure. The role will also ensure the cyber security maintenance contract is renewed on time and drive growth across cyber service contracts growth. This will be achieved through regular customer communications, delivery coordination, and ensuring the various delivery teams engaged with the customer base execute all committed contract deliveries.
In this role, you will impact the security posture of the customer’s organization by maintaining the technical and operational cyber security architecture. Your expertise will help safeguard customers’ digital assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, preventing and mitigating potential security risks.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure effective customer engagement and be the focal point of contact to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the cyber security maintenance contract scope
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the contents of the cyber security maintenance contract and present contract deliverables report to both internally and externally (to the customer)
- Providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders on cyber security best practices and incident response procedures
- Execute part of the cyber security maintenance contract based on complexity of the scope of work while ensuring to meet customer’s KPI’s and discuss KPI performance with customer
- Through consistent engagement, develop strong trust relationships with key contacts in the assigned accounts
Key skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in a senior role. Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience with industry standards like IEC62443, NIS2. A history of incident response and crisis management experience. Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations.
