O’Brien Automotive Glass is looking for an energetic, hands‑on team player to join our Port Melbourne Service Centre as a Casual Windscreen Chip Repair Technician.

What We Offer

  • Monday to Saturday depending on availability and between the hours of 8am-5pm but day to day may change

About the Role

You’ll be trained to use our chip repair technology to repair windscreen chips to Australian Standards. Your day will include:

Repairing windscreen and glass chips and applying Visi‑tech

Assisting with vehicle preparation, including cleaning glass and vacuuming

Helping the team organise and store glass each morning

Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer has a sensational experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who

  • Can confidently drive both automatic and manual vehicles

  • Works well in a team and takes pride in delivering quality work

  • Is flexible with working hours and available for some Saturdays
