The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate dish washing machine or hand wash

dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans

• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required
