Job Posting Title: Experience Strategy Asst / Part Time Req ID: 10159884 Job Description: The Experience Strategy Assistant/Part Time will support the Manager, Experience Strategy in driving new product launch initiatives and enhancing guest experience offerings. This role provides valuable exposure to product development, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination within Hong Kong Disneyland. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end product launch initiatives, including planning, coordination, implementation, and communication activities. Assist in product setup and maintenance within internal systems, ensuring operational readiness for successful launches. Coordinate marketing communication preparations and logistics arrangements for promotional campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate day-to-day operations and project updates. Prepare reports, presentation materials, and business documentation to support project tracking and decision-making. Provide administrative and operational support as assigned. Requirements Current undergraduate student in any discipline. Available to work at least 2 to 3 weekdays per week throughout the employment period. Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Must have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR. Previous work experience at Hong Kong Disneyland will be considered an advantage.
