About The Role

The successful candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude.

Deliver various items to assigned locations in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Follow assigned or prescribed routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
Ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Load and unload the vehicle as required.
Inspect, operate, and maintain the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is kept clean and in good working condition.
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and related information for reference and confirmation.
Adhere to all road safety rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Delivery Driver.
Strong familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Must maintain a neat and professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Highly responsible, dependable, and reliable.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English and possess strong communication skills.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks that require pushing, bending, and lifting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid Cayman Islands Group 2 driver’s license.
Must be at least 25 years of age to meet the eligibility requirements of the company’s vehicle insurance policy.
Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe and responsible driving practices.
