Senior Manager, Digital Media Strategy & Operations

About The Role
Under the Campaigns and Production Department (CPD), you will be part of a team managing the gov.sg digital and social media platforms, as well as Digital Display Panels within HDB estates, to keep Singaporeans informed of the key Government policies and initiatives.
This role sits within the Digital Media Strategy & Operations team, which sets the brand and content strategies for gov.sg, oversees governance of its digital platforms and the media buying and distribution of digital campaigns, and drives research and innovation efforts to strengthen gov.sg’s communication approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Strategies: Drive the development and refinement of brand and content strategies, including ensuring brand consistency and translating strategic content pillars into integrated digital plans and campaigns that support our communications objectives.
- Media Planning & Strategy: Oversee and implement digital media buy plans with appointed media agencies, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns. This includes exploring media buying and content optimisation approaches to improve content effectiveness.
- Audience Insights & Performance Analysis: Analyse audience trends and content consumption behaviours, leverage research, data and performance metrics to inform and improve gov.sg’s content planning and platform effectiveness.
- Platform Governance & Management: Manage the day-to-day publishing and community management across digital and social platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and application of guidelines, and to oversee community management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital content, social media management, brand communications or integrated marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and consumption behaviours
- Strong knowledge of paid social and digital media buying practices
- Strong ability to interpret platform analytics and campaign performance metrics
- Preferably familiar with content publishing workflows and brand governance requirements
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and processes
- Preferably with experience in developing and producing content for social media platforms
- Resourceful, self-motivated, curious to learn
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skill
