JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE

The Campaign Analyst works collaboratively with the client and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing campaigns. The Campaign Analyst is considered an internal expert in designed component / campaign processes associated with Targetbase’s Executed Campaign, Custom Client Reports and complex Datamart Build services such as the build process, reporting and analytics and the campaign execution process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, create and execute complex multi-channel campaigns using campaign management tools. Validates counts from a marketing perspective versus what is reasonable.

Serve as primary point-of-contact for problem escalation and resolution for campaigns.

Ensure campaign turnaround times are tracked against SLAs and campaign data is communicated internally. Partner with with account teams to communicate and manage client expectations.

Be a subject matter expert on client's data sources and become intimately familiar with database, email and preference data including understanding key business rules that drive campaign and reporting outputs.

Monitor quality control on campaign deliverables prior to client distribution. Ensures the client team is following quality control procedures as applicable.

Lead troubleshooting of campaign count issues, questions, and research.

Self-directed analyst. Effectively utilize programming tools and applications, with primary expertise in SFMC.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technology subject or equivalent industry experience.
  • -
  • 2 years technical experience in a marketing operations role, preferably planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • -
  • Strong SQL experience and knowledge of campaign processes.
  • -
  • Hands on expertise with campaign management tools (ex: SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign)
  • -
  • Familiarity with best practices for email marketing.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY

  • -
  • Consultative approach to campaign planning and execution, making recommendations to the client to deliver increased value of marketing operations.
  • -
  • Experience with and understanding of CRM, direct mail and email campaigns, dynamic content experience a plus
  • -
  • Knowledge of relational marketing Database structures
  • -
  • Ability to solve problems by applying analytical reasoning.

We work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and willing to be onsite in the Irving,TX office 3 days per week.
