Data, Insight and Management Information Officer (Citizens Advice 1066)

Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for a Data, Insight and Management Information Officer to lead on performance reporting, data quality and service intelligence within our Crisis Payments Service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and using insight to improve services. You'll produce reports, analyse trends, develop dashboards and help ensure that vital support reaches the people who need it most.
