Associate Director, Strategy & Business Development, CITIC CLSA Capital Partners

Position Description

Responsible for supporting the CITIC CLSA Capital Partners (CPs) management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Take an important role for the fundraising campaign for Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies
• -
• Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients, LPs, GPs
• -
• Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities
• -
• Produce marketing materials and conduct business development analysis, provide recommendations for improvement
• -
• Manage business road-show, client meeting and events
• -
• Take business trips for business development

Requirements

• -
• Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry
• -
• Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
• -
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization
• -
• Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus
• -
• Previous/existing SFC license holder
• -
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• -
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
